About The Fitz
Located at 1311 E Kelly Ave, Peoria Heights, IL 61616, The Fitz operates as a restaurant serving Peoria Heights in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Peoria Heights is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Peoria Heights follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Took myself on a date here after hearing they were serving a version of my favorite Filipino dessert, Halo Halo! It was so easy to get settled here and ordered from the QR code at my table. Came in on a Friday during happy hour around 5:45pm. My choice of table overlooked Prospect Ave and the warm sunset. Beautiful weather and atmosphere. The hot pink Fitz π sign is such a slay. Every table on this rooftop, inside or outside, is its own vibe. I ordered 4 dishes and lemonade just for me - $40. Every dish had its own identity and was absolutely delicious. Texture, flavor, everything - chefβs kiss. THIS is the happy hour to come to! I love it here. Thank you, Ardor team, for bringing this concept to life in Peoria Heights and making my solo date night special! Iβll be returning soon with all of my people. Appreciate yβall π₯

Stopped by for a night cap. The staff mentioned that the menu was on the table. We ordered through the QR code and the drinks were delivered timely. The drinks were very good! The service is hands off, not even water was served. Perhaps this is the way of the future, just really missed a human asking if everything was ok and asking if we needed water. Based on the fact that the only service was the individual that delivered the drinks and of course the bartender, we choose to drop off a tip at the bar on the way out and not leave a tip at the table. Just a bit confused iyf the service concept.

This rooftop bar strikes the perfect balance between upscale and laid-back. The atmosphere is stylish without feeling stuffy, and the upbeat music creates a fun, chill vibe that's perfect for a night out. The cocktails are creative and memorableβour absolute favorite was the Flux Capacitor, which was hilariously and brilliantly served in a Spam tin. It's the kind of drink presentation you can't stop talking about. The food menu is just as unique. The standout for us was the quesadilla topped with thinly sliced radishes, crispy pork rinds, and fresh jalapeΓ±os. It sounds unusual, but the combination of flavors and textures was incredible. Between the inventive drinks, delicious snacks, and relaxed rooftop atmosphere, this place is an easy five stars. We'll definitely be back!
